Who we are
APA Digital Marketing ("APA," "we," "us") provides social media, advertising, lead generation, website, and AI receptionist services to local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through apadigitalmarketing.com and how we use it. It does not cover our clients' own websites or the businesses we build for them.
Information we collect
When you fill out a form on this site (asking us to call you, booking a call with our team, or requesting information), we collect what you type in: your name, business name, phone number, email address, the services you're interested in, and any notes you add. If you book a call through our scheduler, we collect what that booking requires (name, email, phone, preferred time).
We also automatically collect standard technical and advertising data: pages viewed, the ad that brought you here (if any — via URL parameters and first-party cookies from Meta and TikTok), and general device/browser information. This is described further under Cookies & Advertising below.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and have our team call or text you back about it.
- To schedule and manage the call or meeting you booked.
- To evaluate whether our services are a fit for your business.
- To measure and improve our advertising (which ads led to a real conversation).
- If you become a client, to deliver the services you signed up for.
Calls and text messages
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The vendors below act as our subcontractors — they process information strictly to run the systems we use to run our business, on our instructions, and for no purpose of their own:
- Supabase — stores form submissions and lead records.
- Cal.com — powers the call-booking calendar.
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — the platform we use to actually send the calls and texts you agreed to receive. It does not use your information for its own marketing.
- Resend — sends transactional and outreach email on our behalf.
- Stripe — processes payments for clients; only client billing data passes through Stripe, not general site visitors.
- Meta and TikTok — receive advertising click identifiers and conversion events (e.g., "a call was booked") so we can measure ad performance. They never receive your name, phone number, email, or any text-messaging opt-in data from this site.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not otherwise share, sell, rent, or trade your information with any third party.
Cookies & advertising
This site uses first-party cookies and local storage set by the Meta and TikTok pixels to
measure which ads lead to a booked call, and to remember ad click identifiers (such as
fbclid, ttclid, or UTM parameters) across your visit. These do not
identify you personally on their own. You can block cookies in your browser; doing so will not
affect your ability to use the site or submit a form.
Data retention
We keep lead and client records for as long as needed to run our business and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see Contact below.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of future texts, or HELP for help.
- Tell us directly, by phone or email, to stop calling you.
- Email us to request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your information.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and decision-makers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
